Learn What the Property Valuation Administrator Does

My Council Comments this month is with the Property Valuation Administrator, David O’Neill.  David O’Neill has his business degree from the University of Louisville with a specialty in the equine industry.  He was Senior Manager of Operations with Equibase before being elected PVA in 2010.  The PVA is a constitutional office that is responsible for valuing all of the property in the county.  Watch the comments to learn more about the office, how property is assessed, and the Homestead exemption.  You can watch the Comments here.
