Yum! The Art of Sarah Jane Sanders!

Yum!

It’s hard to be in my office and not be hungry.  I now have an extensive collection of beautiful photography by Sarah Jane Sanders on loan on my office walls.  She is co-owner of Sanola Photography and got started photographing food for Stella Parks from Table 310, who is one of the best of in the US when it comes to pastry.

When I first saw her work at a show earlier this year I knew that her photographs would be great for our small rotating art exhibit.  She was kind enough to agree.

Sarah Jane worked at Bluegrass Baking Company, so her knowledge of making food informs her photography.  Her pictures appear on the blog at Bravetart.com, and at several galleries in town.  She and Stella are collaborating on a cookbook.  Unfortunately, we have to wait until 2014 for it.  Until then, feel free to stop by my office and enjoy the view!
