James Shambhu

I am pleased to have the art of James Shambhu in my Council office.  James, a Lexingtonian educated at the University of Kentucky, is represented by the Ann Tower Gallery.  He has had solo exhibitions at several galleries in Lexington, was voted one of the best new local artists by Ace Weekly in 2006, and exhibited “I Want to Please You” at the University of Kentucky Lucille Caudill Little Fine Art Library in 2009.  You can currently see his artwork, “Read“, at the Morris Book Shop or just stop by my office.
